What this is

This service is provided as-is to help you draft clearer job description text. It is a writing aid, not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance.

Eligibility

This service is offered only to users located in the United States and Canada, and we enforce that restriction using geographic (IP-based) blocking. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if older, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, to use or purchase from this service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing the generated output, checking that it is accurate, and making sure the final job posting meets any legal, regulatory, or policy requirements that apply to your use case. The underlying AI model can make mistakes, occasionally omit or alter details, or — rarely — misjudge whether your input was a job description at all. Always review the result before publishing or relying on it.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for reasonable personal or professional drafting purposes. Do not submit abusive, illegal, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not attempt to use the service in a way that disrupts its operation or harms others, including circumventing our geographic availability restrictions or rate limits (for example, via proxies, VPNs, or automated/bot traffic designed to access the service from outside the United States or Canada, or to obtain more free uses than intended), or attempting to guess, brute-force, or share Access Codes in a way that deprives their rightful owner of use.

Free trial and Runs

Each IP address is entitled to 3 free trial runs per year; we do not guarantee a specific number of free uses will always be available, and this limit may change over time.

Paid packs grant a fixed number of Runs — individual optimization requests processed through the service — rather than a stored monetary balance or currency substitute. Runs are not redeemable for cash, cannot be resold or transferred for value, and have no value outside of processing a Run through this service.

Access Code validity

Each pack's Runs are available for use for 60 days from the date of purchase. This window is set to comfortably cover a typical single hiring cycle, with buffer. Your Access Code and its expiration date are included on your purchase receipt/invoice. If you need a short extension in good faith — for example, your hiring timeline ran long — contact us before expiry and we're generally happy to grant one.

An Access Code is tied to a specific purchase, not to an individual account, and can be redeemed by anyone who holds it. Keep your code secure the way you would any other purchase confirmation. We are not responsible for Runs used by someone other than you if your code is shared, lost, or exposed.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, amounts paid for a pack are non-refundable once the Access Code has been issued, though we're glad to look into billing issues raised in good faith — including a code that failed to deliver Runs due to a technical error on our end.

Ownership

You retain any rights you may have in the job description text you submit. We don't claim ownership over the rewritten output. That said, whether AI-generated text is eligible for copyright protection at all — and if so, who holds it — is an unsettled question under current law in a number of jurisdictions. We make no representation that the output is protectable intellectual property; you're responsible for evaluating that for your own use case.

Local storage

A copy of your current draft and most recent result may be stored locally in your own browser to survive page reloads, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for clearing this data yourself if you're using a shared or public device.

Availability and liability

The service is offered as-is and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on the output of this tool. The service may produce imperfect or incomplete results, so you should verify anything important before publishing or relying on it. We may suspend or block access for any use that violates these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@rolepure.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If that doesn't resolve things, and to the extent permitted by law, you and RolePure agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. There is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

This arbitration and class-action-waiver provision does not apply to the extent it is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction — for example, consumer protection legislation in certain Canadian provinces (including Quebec and Ontario) restricts or voids mandatory arbitration clauses and class-action waivers in consumer contracts. For users in those jurisdictions, disputes may instead be brought in accordance with applicable local law.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms, our pricing, or the service itself at any time as needed. Changes take effect once posted here. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
